Chelsi’s background is born out of a combination of fast-paced human interactions and a deep passion for property. Early in her career she worked in medical administration, before pursuing a career in property management and commercial real estate. With just over 7 years’ experience it’s a fantastic combination for us at Aston. Chelsi is highly focused in creating great outcomes for all our clients.

“I have a psychological science degree.” Says Chelsi. “At first some might say this doesn’t directly link to real estate but does help a lot in my day-to-day business dealings. As an Assistant Property Manager I support the operations of our property managers. Assisting and communicating with tenants, coordinating their maintenance, and working closely with vendors. I also help manage lease details, organise reports, documents, and appointments at the properties when needed.”

There are many aspects of this industry that Chelsi finds inspiring. Right now, it’s all about embracing new challenges and expanding her skills. “I love that two days are never the same here. I really enjoy supporting my team and look forward to building relationships with clients each step of the way.”

Chelsi has worked at several reputable agencies involved in residential building management and now commercial property. When asked about how she was drawn to our business, she said that branching out into the commercial sector and the people at Aston were big drawcards. “I was looking to start my commercial career at an agency that was ahead of the industry. Aston have a fantastic reputation for like-minded hard-working staff that go above and beyond.”

When it’s time to step out of the office for some well earned down-time, Chelsi can be found either on the coast or in the country. Her pet whippet, Webster is an early riser that loves walks along the beach of her bayside suburb! She also has family farm in Central Victoria, and often visits to ride motorbikes, sit fireside and spend quality time under the stars.
